At Lahore Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process while maintaining high standards of product quality and service.
Return Policy (Within 2 Days)
Customers may request a return within two (2) days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included

The product must be in resaleable condition

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless found defective at the time of delivery:

Used or installed products

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Clearance or discounted items (if marked as non-returnable)
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Such cases will be handled in accordance with the brand’s official warranty policy.
Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (where applicable)

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval after inspection. Price differences, if any, must be paid by the customer.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered

Lahore Electronics is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request.
